Cancellations by us
We may cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable, if we cannot deliver to your location, or in the event of an error. If an order is cancelled by us after payment, you will receive a full refund through the original payment method.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us the same day. Where a genuine quality issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a refund of the affected item. Refunds are processed within a reasonable period.
Not eligible
Refunds are not available for orders cancelled after preparation begins, for incorrect details supplied by the customer, or for orders that have been collected or delivered successfully.
