By placing an order with Spice House Restaurant you agree to these terms.
Orders
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices displayed on the website are current at the time of ordering and are shown in INR. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where items are unavailable, pricing errors occur, or where fraud is suspected.
Payment
Online card payment is not currently offered. Orders are paid by cash on delivery, at pickup or at the restaurant, depending on the order type selected. Payment status is recorded against your order.
Delivery & pickup
Delivery availability, charges and minimum order values are shown during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with demand and weather. Pickup orders should be collected during opening hours.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Liability
Please inform us of any allergies before ordering. Our dishes are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten and other allergens.
